If your order includes both custom and ready-made items, the entire order will be shipped together once the custom pieces are finished.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 10-14 business days (excluding shipping transit times). Custom orders require a processing time of 3 weeks before shipment.
We are happy to replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or significantly different from their description.
For exchanges due to incorrect sizing, customers are responsible for the postage fees to return the item to us. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
