Shipping and Returns


We endeavour to have your order packed and posted within 2 - 3 weeks. Once posted: if you are in Australia please allow up to 7-10 Business days for your order to arrive. For international order please allow up to 15-20 Business days.

Standard Tracked Post:

Once your order is posted we administer an option to provide you with a tracking number. Your items are sent with Australia Post.

Express Post:

When selecting this option, once your items have been posted, you will receive you order within 1-2 business days.

International Post:

International Post is lodged via regular shipping services through Australia Post. This option does NOT have a tracking number. If you would like tracking please select INTERNATIONAL POST WITH TRACKING. 

Please note if you select International Post without tracking you are doing so at your own risk. Refunds are not issued or reimbursed should your items not arrive/misplaced.


We will gladly replace items if they are faulty or damaged or significantly different to the item description. If you require exchange of items due to incorrect sizing, your are responsible for the fees of postage to return the item to us. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them, and any items returned must be returned in orginal condition (unworn and unwashed).

If you have chosen a personalised item, it cannot be exchanged or refunded due to the customisation of the item. Please ensure you are 100% happy with what personalisation item you are purchased before ordering.

We suggest you throuroughly check your items upon arrive, should there be any defects or damages and to contact us within 10 days.

If sizing is an issue please contact me as soon as possible on here, via email or on social media and I will happily work out a happy outcome. :)

Faulty items:

Should your goods be significantly different to the photos advertised and sizes shown on our website we will gladly issue a full refund or replace the item.
