A softshell jacket with removable sleeves, so it doubles as a vest. Water-resistant on the outside, fleecy on the inside, with a removable hood, pockets and adjustable Velcro cuffs.
Chuck it on for chilly mornings at the track, then zip the sleeves off as the day warms up. And add a custom name and number.
