Orders are processed and dispatched within 10-14 business days (excluding shipping transit times). Custom orders require a processing time of 3 weeks before shipment.

We are happy to replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or significantly different from their description.
For exchanges due to incorrect sizing, customers are responsible for the postage fees to return the item to us. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Please note that personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded due to their customised nature. We recommend ensuring you are completely satisfied with your chosen personalisation, including sizing, before placing your order.
